This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: "Policy") explains how Nexus Temporis Corporation d.o.o. (Aero Parking branch), headquartered in Belgrade, collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users who visit our website and use our airport parking reservation services. By using the Website, the user confirms that they are aware of this Policy.

1. Protection of User Privacy

On behalf of Nexus Temporis Corporation d.o.o. (Aero Parking branch), we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data about customers/users and data required for business operations and informing users, in accordance with good business practice and with the aim of providing a quality service. We give customers the option to choose, including the option to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer/user data is strictly kept and accessible only to employees for whom this data is necessary to perform their job. All employees of Nexus Temporis Corporation d.o.o. (Aero Parking branch) (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

2. What Data We Collect

During the reservation process we collect: full name, email address, phone number, vehicle registration number, arrival/departure dates and times, and flight number (optional). We do not collect or store payment card data — it is processed exclusively via the WSpay/Monri payment system, directly on the bank/processor page.

3. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis

We process data to complete reservations, send confirmations, contact you in case of changes (e.g., flight delay), and improve our services. We do not use data for marketing without the user's explicit consent. The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contractual obligation (Art. 12 of the Law on Personal Data Protection), and for marketing communication — the user's consent.

4. Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, the currently most advanced cryptographic technology. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor. At no point is the payment card data accessible to our system.

5. Data Sharing, Retention and Deletion

We share data only with partners necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment provider, transfer driver/courier). We do not sell data to third parties. Data is retained for 2 years after the service is provided (due to tax obligations), after which it is permanently deleted.

6. User Rights and Contact

Users may at any time request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of their personal data by sending a request to rezervacije@aeroparking.rs. We respond within 30 days. For questions regarding personal data protection, users may also contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time to comply with legal regulations or business changes. We will notify you of any changes via the Website or email.
